3. Choose time & date
4. Select a way to travel, then tap 'Prebook'

What happens if your taxi is late?

If you're picked up over 10 minutes late you'll get two £15 vouchers. If your trip is cancelled for technical reasons, you’ll get two £30 vouchers to use on your next FREENOW Taxi trip.

We’ll automatically add any vouchers to your FREENOW account, hassle-free.
