No. As a driver completing trips in the FREENOW app, you’re already part of Priority.

Your status reflects your trip history. The more trips you complete, the higher your status. Higher status means better rewards like priority access to Prebook jobs and Call Me Back support for Gold drivers.

Your score updates based on your activity. If it drops, improve it by:
- Accepting more jobs to keep your acceptance rate above 81%.
- Cancelling fewer jobs to keep your cancellation rate under 5%.
- Increasing your passenger rating.

If you don’t already have a FREENOW sticker for your car, get in touch through the app or visit our driver center. Adding a sticker gives you extra points and can significantly boost your Priority score.
