WHAT’S FREENOW LOYALTY?

For every trip you complete, you collect 10 points. The more points you collect in a week, the higher your status for the following week. And the higher the status, the better the rewards.

Any drivers with a fully electric vehicle will also receive 1 extra loyalty point per trip.

At the end of each week your points refresh.

There are 3 statuses

WHAT ARE THE REWARDS?

PREBOOK PREFERENCE

With a higher loyalty status, you see prebook jobs before drivers with a lower status. Getting a first look at these offers allows you to choose the jobs that suit you, before anyone else.

OFFERS PRIORITY

The higher status, the higher the priority you get over job offers and the more work comes your way! Gold drivers have top priority, followed by Silver, then Bronze.

IT PAYS TO GO FOR GOLD

Bigger & better offers = Bigger & better earnings.

Prebook jobs are worth 45% more per trip on average. And thanks to prebook preference, Gold drivers typically do 3x more of them compared to other drivers. Plus, offers priority means you’re first in line for other day-to-day jobs, giving you even more choice and even more work. All this makes it easier to keep your Gold status too.

UNLOCK GOLD BOOST

Keep your Gold status for 3 weeks in a row and you’ll unlock Gold boost.

RETURN TO GOLD

If you lose your Gold status at any point you can claim your Gold boost to return to Gold.

UNLOCK IT AGAIN

After you’ve used it, keep your Gold status for another 3 weeks and you’ll unlock it again.

ON-CAB ADVERTISING = FASTER REWARDS

Being an ambassador of FREENOW is even more rewarding. Sign up to have our on-cab advertising and you’ll collect extra points for every trip you complete. That way, you reach a higher status sooner and unlock rewards faster and easier.
