When will I get paid by FREE NOW?

Driver Payments are processed twice per week, on Thursdays and Mondays. You can expect to receive your pay by midnight at the end of the payment day.

Please note any Cancellation, Waiting, Central London or Airport Fees, and ride adjustments will only be paid once per week in your Wednesday payment.

 

When will my pay hit my bank account?

You should expect your payment to arrive in your bank account by midnight at the end of the payment day, e.g. the payment we process on Wednesday should be with you by 00:00 on Friday morning.

 

If I am driving on Kapten and FREE NOW, do I get paid separately?

Yes - while we continue to operate the Kapten app, you will be paid once per week from Kapten. This payment is processed on Tuesday and should be with you by the end of the day on Wednesday.

Payments for your FREE NOW rides will be paid twice per week, on Wednesday and Friday. These will appear as separate transactions on your bank statement.

 

How will I recognise my FREE NOW and Kapten payments on my bank statement?

All payments you receive from FREE NOW or Kapten, will show on your bank statement as being from our registered company name Transopco UK

 

When should I contact FREE NOW if I am worried about not being paid?

Please wait until Thursday morning (with regard to your Wednesday payment), or Saturday morning (with regard to your Friday payment).

The exact time your payment will arrive can vary depending on who you bank with.

 

Where can I find details of my ride adjustments?

At present ride adjustments are paid once weekly, in your Wednesday Payment. You can view details of all ride adjustments, as well as Cancellation, Waiting, Central London, and Airport Fees in your Wednesday Payment Invoice.

 

Why did I get an additional invoice on Monday 3rd August?

In the final pay period of each calendar month, you will always receive 2 invoices and 2 separate payments to your bank account:

  • One invoice will cover the last remaining days of the previous month.
  • The second invoice will cover the days from the new calendar month.

You will receive the two separate payments relating to the two invoices on the next payment day (either a Wednesday or Friday).
