Go to the login page, select Driver or Company, and enter your credentials. Forgot your password? Click "Forgot password?", follow the on-screen steps, and we'll text you an SMS to set a new one.

Once you're in, you'll see a menu on the left. That's your guide to every section of the Portal

The booking history page shows every completed trip. Select a date range to find a specific one.
Download your receipts by clicking the download icon in the top right corner. We'll email you the file.
Head to the Invoices tab to view and download all your financial files. Each invoice comes as three PDFs:
1. Invoice summary: your total earnings and deductions, the net amount paid to you.
2. Invoice: the details of your commission and any credits.
3. Tour overview: a clear breakdown of every job, including tips, tolls and metered fares.

To keep taking jobs on Freenow, your documents need to be valid and up to date.
Expired or missing documents can affect your ability to take jobs, so we always notify you before anything expires.
On the Documents page, you'll see:
• The current status of your documents
• Their expiry dates
• Anything missing that needs your attention
