View your cashback balance in the FREENOW app under the "Voucher & credits" section.
Can I transfer my cashback to someone else?
Currently, cashback is non-transferable and can only be used by the account holder for private trips.
Can I earn cashback on private trips?
No, this cashback program is dedicated to business travellers. You can only earn 2% cashback by booking and completing trips in your business profile.
How can I use earned cashback?
The cashback you earn from business rides will be saved as credits and automatically redeemed during your next private ride. However, please note that earned cashback cannot be used for business trips.
