Round up and donate
Do good every time you travel by using Round Up and Donate. This feature lets you round your trip up to the nearest euro and we’ll donate the difference to the Irish Guide Dogs. Freenow passengers can round up the cost of their trip to the nearest euro and donate the difference to support the work of the Irish Guide Dogs. The Round Up to Donate feature will support the charity for one year, and passengers can already contribute.
As well as fundraising, Freenow is also putting an emphasis on driver awareness and education. As part of this partnership, they will work with the Irish Guide Dogs to facilitate training for taxi drivers on how to provide the best possible service to guide and assistance dog users. Earlier this month a training was held in Dublin, and one hundred drivers had the opportunity to learn more about best practice to ensure a comfortable journey for guide and assistance dogs and their users.

How does round up and donate work?
With the Round Up feature turned on, if your trip costs €10.64 then you'll pay €11 and we'll donate the extra €0.36 directly to the Irish Guide Dogs.
It’s easy to Round Up and Donate. You’ll see the option to donate when booking your trip, just tap to round up your journey.
Or set it up before booking. Head to your profile > choose Round Up and Donate > turn it on.
Already en route to your destination? You’ll see a Round Up and Donate option… just turn it on.
Where will my donation go?
We want to make sure every cent helps make a difference. So, 100% of your donation will go to the Irish Guide Dogs.
The Irish Guide Dogs is Ireland’s national charity dedicated to enabling people who are vision impaired and families of children with autism to achieve improved mobility and independence.
