1) Promoter: Freenow IRELAND LIMITED, 7-12 Baggot Court, Dublin 2, D02 F891, Ireland  (hereinafter, "Freenow") is the promoter of this competition (hereinafter the “Competition") which is to be run in accordance with and subject to these Terms and Conditions. By participating in the Competition entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2) Deadline to Participate and Geographic Scope: The Competition will commence on September 3rd, 2026 (“Start Date”) and will end on Tuesday 8th September 2026 at 5pm. (“End Date”). The Competition is available for social media users located in Ireland who are 18 years old or older.

3) Mechanics of the Competition: In order to participate in the Competition, entrants must, between the Start Date and End Date:

  • Follow the social profile @Freenowbylyft on Instagram or Tiktok; and

  • Comment a compelling and creative reason why the entrant wants to go to Dublin Fringe Festival 2026 on the Instagram or Tiktok competition post.

Entrants who meet the above criteria will automatically be entered into the Competition and there is a maximum of one entry per person. No purchase is necessary to enter the Competition.

For the avoidance of doubt this Competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed or associated with Instagram or Tiktok and each entrant releases Instagram and Tiktok from any responsibility related to this Competition.

Within 48 hours days of the End Date, Freenow will select 4 winners (each a “Winner”) from eligible entries based on which comments are the most compelling and creative reasons to go to the Dublin Fringe Festival 2026. Selection is at Freenow’s sole discretion and is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

4) Prizes: Each Winner will receive a Golden Ticket - an all-access double pass to Dublin Fringe Festival 2026 (the Prize).

For the avoidance of doubt, the Prize does not include anything additional to what is listed above, for example food, beverages, transport and accommodation are not included.

5) Requirements for Participation: Each entrant must be 18 or over, be acting on their own personal behalf and be resident in the Republic of Ireland. Employees or any other individuals engaged by Freenow and its affiliated companies are not eligible to enter the Competition. 

6) Delivery of Prizes and Requirements for Use: Each Winner will be informed via Instagram or Tiktok comment reply/DM. Where a Winner does not respond within 48 hours  of being notified that they are a winner, they will be deemed to have forfeited the Prize and Freenow may select an alternative winner from eligible entrants. 

The Prize is non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be sold or exchanged and there is no cash alternative available. Where Freenow considers appropriate, or if it becomes necessary for reasons beyond Freenow’s control, the Prize may be varied or swapped for a suitable alternative in Freenow’s discretion. 

7) Protection of Personal Data: As part of participation in the Competition, Freenow will process entrants’ personal data to facilitate participation, select winners and arrange for the Winners to receive the Prize. 8) Disclosure of Winner’s details: Where required by applicable law, the surname and country of residence of the Winner may be disclosed to persons enquiring.

9) Acceptance of these Terms: Participation in the Competition represents an entrant’s acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. Freenow reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time where reasonably required for legal, regulatory, technical or operational purposes. Freenow also reserves the right to terminate the Competition at any stage and for any reason, including but not limited to exceptional circumstances outside of its control. Freenow also reserves the right to refuse to provide the Prize to any Winner in the event that it identifies any irregularities in that Winner’s participation, including but not limited to fraud or technical interference with the Freenow app or the Competition. 

10) Liability: Nothing in this clause limits or excludes any liability which cannot be lawfully limited or excluded or any statutory rights. To the fullest extent permissible by law, Freenow will not be liable for: (i) any loss, liability or damage caused by someone other than Freenow or someone acting under Freenow’s direct instructions and in accordance with Freenow’s instructions; (ii) any loss, liability or damage caused by any event or circumstance beyond Freenow’s reasonable control; (iii) any loss of profits or revenue, loss of anticipated savings or loss of goodwill; or (iv) any unavailability of Freenow’s website or app.

11) Applicable Law and Jurisdiction: These Terms and Conditions are governed by Irish law. The Irish courts shall have sole jurisdiction to hear, determine and settle any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms.
