FREENOW: End of the Year Advent Calendar Prize Draw

1) Promoter: FREE NOW Ireland Limited,7-12 Baggot Court, Dublin 2, D02F891 is the promoter of the Christmas Advent Calendar Prize Draw (hereinafter the “Competitions" (and each a “Competition”)) which is to be run in accordance with and subject to these Terms and Conditions. By participating in a Competition entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2) Deadline to Participate and Geographic Scope: The Competitions will commence Friday, 1 December 2023 and will run on a daily basis until 26th December 2023 (excluding 25th December 2023). The Competition will be available to drivers currently using FREENOW’s app across Ireland.

3) Mechanics of the Competition: In order to participate in a Competition, a driver must complete the daily Advent Calendar Quest notified through the FREENOW app. On completion of the quest, the driver will be entered into a draw for that day's prize. If the driver is an Ambassador they will also receive an additional into the draw on completion of the quest.

The Prize Vouchers are being provided by various retailers, and so the use of these vouchers is subject to the terms and conditions applicable to these vouchers. A link to these terms and conditions will be made available by the retailer in question accompanying the voucher, or may be viewed on the retailer’s website. These prizes are being made available at the sole discretion of FREE NOW.

Each driver may win a maximum of one prize from each daily Competition.

5) Requirements for Participation: Each entrant must be 18 or over, be acting on their own personal behalf and have a current, active driver account with FREENOW. To be entered into each day's draw, the driver must have completed that day's Advent Calendar Prize Draw quest.

Prize winners must be willing to have their name featured in the monthly FREENOW Driver Newsletter and/or in the FREENOW Driver App. Winners must also be willing to have their photo featured in the Newsletter and/or the Driver App.

6) Delivery of Prizes and Requirements for Use: Each randomly selected winner will be informed via email to the email address that they used to register on the FREENOW app. The prize will be collected by the winner from FREENOW’s offices at 7-12 Baggot Court, Dublin 2. If the winner is located outside of Dublin and is unable to collect the prize, it will be delivered to the winner by way of postage to an address provided by the winner to FREENOW. Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be sold or exchanged. Where prizes consist of a product or a voucher, there is no cash alternative available.

7) Protection of Personal Data: As part of drivers’ participation in a Competition, FREENOW will be required to process drivers’ personal data in order to facilitate participation, select winners and deliver prizes to successful entrants. Driver personal data being processed for this purposes may include each driver’s name, email address, home or other address and bank account information (in the event of a driver being randomly selected as a winner], all of which will have been previously collected and processed by FREENOW as part of the driver’s activities with FREENOW. FREENOW’s processing of this personal data for this purpose will be based on your consent to such processing by way of your voluntary participation in a Competition and will only continue being processed for this purpose for as long as such Competition runs.

8) Acceptance of these Terms: Participation in a Competition represents a driver’s acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. FREENOW reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. FREENOW also reserves the right to terminate all Competitions in full at any stage and for any reason, including but not limited to exceptional circumstances outside of its control. FREENOW also reserves the right to refuse to pay any prize to any winner in the event that it identifies any irregularities in that winner’s participation, including but not limited to fraud or technical interference with the FREENOW app or the Competitions.

9) Applicable Law and Jurisdiction: These Terms and Conditions are governed by Irish law. The Irish courts shall have sole jurisdiction to hear, determine and settle any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms.

Drive to Win: Cork Jazz Festival 2023

1) Promoter: FREE NOW Ireland Limited, 7-12 Baggot Court, Dublin 2, D02F891 is the promoter of the Drive to Win Weekly Competition (hereinafter the “Competitions" (and each a “Competition”)) which is to be run in accordance with and subject to these Terms and Conditions. By participating in a Competition entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2) Deadline to Participate and Geographic Scope: The Competitions will commence Thursday, 26 October 2023 and will run until Monday, 30 October 2023. The Competition will be available to drivers currently using FREE NOW’s app in Cork, Ireland.

3) Mechanics of the Competition: In order to participate in a Competition, a driver must complete a tour in full during peak times as per schedule here.

4) Prizes: 5 (five) x €250 cash bonus.

These prizes are being made available at the sole discretion of FREE NOW.
