Location: Hamburg or Barcelona

As the B2B Content Marketing Manager, you'll be responsible for the strategy and creation of engaging content across all of B2B channels to open the doors to our B2B audiences and connect with them to build meaningful connections with our business customers and ultimately, to drive sales. 

You will be building and leveraging the Freenow for Business brand on a global level, and fueling the user journey with your content that attracts, converts and retains our customers.  You could start Monday morning writing a podcast, be publishing social media articles before lunch and presenting a channel strategy to management in the afternoon.  It’s a truly diverse role needing strategic flex, and executional excellence.


  • B2B Content strategy selecting which channels, messages and timing to use to communicate effectively with our target audiences and how to measure impact
  • B2B Content creation - the production of high quality, high performing content consistent with our company’s brand , such as white papers, blogs, press releases, email marketing, messages, case studies, presentation and speaking opportunity content, as well as webcopy
  • Content delivery and optimisation - coordination with a matrix of different international stakeholders to ensure transcreation and effective delivery on time, to need.
  • Performance reporting - monitoring and reporting the performance of content to the Head of B2B Marketing and broader stakeholder group.
  • Stakeholder management - Coordinate with our SEO agency on the creation of SEO blog content, challenge our results based on our KPIs and leverage internal SEO best practices on a monthly basis. 
  • Creative asset delivery is the different creative assets to be delivered with the central design team and internal B2B stakeholders

  • 4+ years working content creation or copywriting experience
  • Experience of working agency side or acting as an in house agency
  • Knowledge of the social media landscape
  • Data driven mindset
  • Storytelling English language native level with a love of how language can be used to tell a compelling narrative
  • AI curiosity - whilst you might not be actively using AI your workflows - an openness to experiment, learn and integrate.
