  • Assisting in analysing current operational trends and identifying areas for efficiency gains and optimisation.
  • Supporting the collection and analysis of operational data to inform decision-making and track performance metrics.
  • Collaborating with various internal teams to ensure seamless operational alignment and project execution.
  • Assisting with the administration and optimisation of operational tools and systems to enhance productivity.
  • Supporting operations managers with various projects aimed at improving service delivery, cost-efficiency, and user experience.
  • Helping to document operational procedures, best practices, and create training materials.
  • Contributing to the resolution of operational challenges and bottlenecks to maintain high standards of service.

  • Thrive in a data-driven, fast-paced work environment, with an ability to identify patterns and potential improvements.
  • Possess a keen interest in dissecting problems and proposing practical solutions.
  • Bring strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality in all tasks, especially when dealing with processes and data.
  • Be personable, confident, and able to engage effectively with a variety of people, adapting your communication style as needed.
  • Be a solutions-oriented self-starter who takes initiative and is accountable for results.
  • Have excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to convey information clearly.
  • Be confident using G-Suite tools. Familiarity with other operational software or project management tools is a plus.
