For our Procurement team we are looking for a reliable, data driven and highly motivated Procurement Administrator (m/f/d) who is interested in improving and maintaining procurement processes into a fast paced and super international company.


  • Maintenance and improvement of procurement processes and tools
  • Assisting procurement managers in the procurement journey: vendor sourcing, NDA collection, RFP management, Invoicing, etc.
  • Communication and collaboration with cross functional teams: legal, finance, data protection, infosecurity, etc.
  • Analysis of data to prepare negotiations and to help smart decision making
  • Market research
  • Support in vendor negotiations 

  • Studies in Administration, Project, Business Management or equivalent 
  • 3 years of experience in Procurement or Project Management
  • Organisational and analytical skills
  • Experience abroad 
  • Very good communication skills in English
  • Good knowledge of Google tools (and/or Microsoft ones), particularly Gsheet/Excel
  • Good knowledge of JIRA, Docusign, and RFP platforms
