1) Promoter: Freenow IRELAND LIMITED, 7-12 Baggot Court, Dublin 2, D02 F891, Ireland  (hereinafter, "Freenow") is the promoter of this prize draw (hereinafter the “Prize Draw") which is to be run in accordance with and subject to these Terms and Conditions. By participating in the Prize Draw entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2) Deadline to Participate and Geographic Scope: The Prize Draw will commence on 15/6/2026 (“Start Date”) and will end on 15/9/2026 (“End Date”). The Prize Draw will be available to Freenow B2B customers located in Ireland.

3) Mechanics of the Prize Draw: In order to participate in the Prize Draw, entrants must:

  • be a Freenow B2B customer located in Ireland; and

  • complete 20 trips with Freenow using the entrant’s Freenow B2B customer account between the Start Date and End Date.

Entrants who meet the above criteria will automatically be entered into the Prize Draw once. 

Within 14 days of the End Date, Freenow will randomly select 4 winners from eligible entries 

4) Prizes: Each winner will receive 1 Fast Track Unlimited Membership for Dublin Airport (valid for 1 year) valued at €320 (“Prize”). 5) Requirements for Participation: Each entrant must be 18 or over, be acting on their own personal behalf, be based in Ireland and have a current, active Freenow B2B customer account. Employees or any other individuals engaged by Promoter and its associated companies are not eligible to enter the Prize Draw. 

6) Delivery of Prizes and Requirements for Use: Each randomly selected winner will be informed via email to the email address associated with their Freenow B2B customer account. Once the prize winner confirms they wish to receive the prize, the contact information they provide will be shared with Dublin Airport (daa Labs) who will contact the winner to provide them with the Prize. Where a winner does not respond within 7 days of being notified that they are a winner, they will be deemed to have forfeited the Prize and Promoter may randomly select an alternative winner from eligible entrants. 

The Prize is non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be sold or exchanged and there is no cash alternative available. Where Promoter considers appropriate, or if it becomes necessary for reasons beyond Promoter’s control, the Prize may be varied or swapped for a suitable alternative in Promoter’s discretion. 

7) Protection of Personal Data: Entrants acknowledge that any personal data of entrants processed in connection with the Prize Draw will be processed in accordance with Promoter’s Privacy Notice, which is available at https://www.free-now.com/ie/passenger-privacy-policy/.

8) Acceptance of these Terms: Participation in the Prize Draw represents an entrant’s acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. Freenow reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Freenow also reserves the right to terminate the Prize Draw at any stage and for any reason, including but not limited to exceptional circumstances outside of its control. Freenow also reserves the right to refuse to provide the Prize to any winner in the event that it identifies any irregularities in that winner’s participation, including but not limited to fraud or technical interference with the Freenow app or the Prize Draw. 

9) Liability: Nothing in this clause limits or excludes any liability which cannot be lawfully limited or excluded. To the fullest extent permissible by law, Promoter will not be liable for: (i) any loss, liability or damage caused by someone other than Promoter or someone acting under Promoter’s direct instructions and in accordance with Promoter’s instructions; (ii) any loss, liability or damage caused by any event or circumstance beyond Promoter’s reasonable control; (iii) any loss of profits or revenue, loss of anticipated savings or loss of goodwill; or (iv) any unavailability of Promoter’s website or app.

10) Applicable Law and Jurisdiction: These Terms and Conditions are governed by Irish law. The Irish courts shall have sole jurisdiction to hear, determine and settle any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms.
