Munster V Barbarians - Ticket Draw - Terms & Conditions
1) Promoter: FREE NOW IRELAND LIMITED, 7-12 Baggot Court, Dublin 2, Ireland (hereinafter, "FREE NOW") is the promoter of this competition (hereinafter the “Competition") which is to be run in accordance with and subject to these Terms and Conditions. By participating in the Competition entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
2) Deadline to Participate and Geographic Scope: The Competition will commence on 26 September 2023 and will run until 28 September 2023. The Competition will be available to passengers currently using FREE NOW in Limerick and Cork, Ireland.
3) Mechanics of the Competition: In order to participate in the Competition, a passenger must complete the form sent to you by email or in-app notification. Each passenger will be able to register only once. Following the close of the Competition, FREE NOW will randomly select one winner from amongst the entries received in respect of the Competition, such random selection to be carried out by an independent person using the Google app no later than 29 September 2023. The number of winners to be selected, and the prizes available, is set out in section 4 below.
4) Prizes: The Prizes available to be won by entrants of the Competition will be:
- 1 pair of tickets to the Munster V Barbarians Rugby Match happening on Saturday 30 September 2023 at Thomond Park (the Pair of Tickets); and
- 20 vouchers of 10 € each to book the services offered through the FREE NOW app (the FREE NOW Vouchers).
The Pair of Tickets are being provided by the retailer named above, and so the use of these tickets are subject to the terms and conditions applicable to this event. A link to these terms and conditions will be made available by FREE NOW in the email accompanying the tickets, or may be viewed on the retailer’s website.
The FREE NOW Vouchers are subject to the terms and conditions applicable to these vouchers. A link to these terms and conditions will be made available accompanying the voucher, or may be viewed on FREE NOW’s website.
These prizes are being made available at the sole discretion of FREE NOW. Each passenger may win a maximum of one prize from the Competition.
5) Requirements for Participation: Each entrant must be 18 or over, be acting on their own personal behalf and have a current, active passenger account with FREE NOW. Passenger must have completed the form to be offered the opportunity to enter the Competition.
6) Delivery of Prizes and Requirements for Use: The randomly selected winner will be informed via email to the email address that they used to register on the FREE NOW app. The prize will be delivered to each winner by way of email. Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be sold or exchanged. Where prizes consist of a voucher, there is no cash alternative available.
7) Protection of Personal Data: As part of passenger’s participation in the Competition, FREE NOW will be required to process passengers’ personal data in order to facilitate participation, select winners and deliver prizes to successful entrants. Passengers’ personal data being processed for these purposes may include each passenger’s name, email address and phone number, all of which will have been previously collected and processed by FREE NOW as part of the passenger’s use of FREE NOW’s app. FREE NOW needs to process this personal data in order to allow your participation in the Competition ( the legal basis for this processing is Art. 6.1(b) GDPR - processing is necessary for the performance of a contract with you) Your personal data will only continue to be processed for this purpose for as long as such Competition runs.

8) Acceptance of these Terms: Participation in the Competition represents a passenger’s acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. FREE NOW reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. FREE NOW also reserves the right to terminate the Competitions in full at any stage and for any reason, including but not limited to exceptional circumstances outside of its control. FREE NOW also reserves the right to refuse to pay any prize to any winner in the event that it identifies any irregularities in that winner’s participation, including but not limited to fraud or technical interference with the FREE NOW app or the Competition. Abusive or fraudulent activities by any entrant will lead to the
9) Applicable Law and Jurisdiction: These Terms and Conditions are governed by Irish law. The Irish courts shall have sole jurisdiction to hear, determine and settle any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms.
