With a higher loyalty status, you’ll see prebook jobs before drivers with a lower status. Getting a first look at these offers lets you choose the jobs that suit you best — before anyone else.*
*Available only for Warsaw drivers.
- Unlock gold boostOnce you hit Gold status, you unlock a Gold boost. This boost can instantly return you to Gold status. Use it whenever you want!
- Call me backGold drivers can access the exclusive Call Me Back feature. When you need support, you can request a call from our team via the Driver Help Bot, saving you time and hassle.
- Priority pointsGet a higher Priority score so you can get day-to-day job offers ahead of other drivers.
- Car part discountsKeep your ride ready with exclusive discounts on car parts from AUTODOC. A higher loyalty status means bigger savings.
- Car wash discount
We have partnered with the Banieczka car wash network! Depending on your Loyalty Program tier, you will get between 15% and 35% off, plus a cashback reward toward your next car wash.
How to use:
1. In the driver app, go to: Loyalty Program > Benefits > Car Wash.
2. Copy the code.
3. Download the Banieczka app and register using the same email address as your Freenow account.
4. In the "Discount Zone" (Strefa rabatów) tab, click the Freenow icon, enter the code, and confirm.

How do I reach a new status?
For example, if you hit Gold on 25th October, you’ll have Gold status until 30th November. At the start of each month, your points reset.

What is Gold Boost?
- Unlock Gold Boost: Keep your Gold status for 4 weeks straight to unlock the boost.
- Return to Gold: If you lose Gold, use the Gold Boost to get back to Gold immediately. You can use your Gold Boost whenever you like.
- Unlock Again: After using the Gold Boost, keep your Gold status for another 4 weeks to unlock it again.
What is Call Me Back?
We value your time, which is why Gold drivers get exclusive access to the Call Me Back feature. This allows you to request a callback from our support team, saving you time and speeding up issue resolution.
How it works:
You’ll find the Help Bot when you go to the home screen > Tap the three lines (☰) > Help > Support cases.
You can also access the Help Bot directly from any Help Centre article.
Just select the 'Chat with us' option at the bottom of any Help Centre article to start chatting with the Help Bot.
Our support team is available Monday to Friday, 9:00–17:00. Calls are usually made within 4 hours.
