You can pick up the taxi lamp at the same company that performed the wrapping, or via a parcel locker – you will learn more during registration.How to send photos of the car branding?Tap ☰ (Menu) > Help, scroll down and click 'Chat with us'Then select: Start Chat > Driver Programs → Freenow OCA → How to send photos?Follow the instructions in the chat and upload the photos.Attach clear photos of both sides of the vehicle and the license plate (JPG or PNG format, max. 20 MB).Our Freenow Driver team will verify the uploaded photos. Once everything is ready, you will receive a confirmation email.

What does the branding look like?

Do I have to pay for the branding?

Not at all. We cover 100% of the costs for the materials and the professional application.

How long does the appointment take?

Fittings are quick and you’ll sign a flexible rolling contract on the day. There’s no long-term lock-ins. Book yours here.

Where do I go to get the stickers applied?

You will receive instructions on where to have your car wrapped in an email after your request is approved. You can view the list of wrapping companies here.

What if my stickers get damaged?

Life on the road happens. If your branding is damaged, just contact the Driver Team. We’ll book you in for a priority replacement so your benefits aren’t interrupted.

What are the Freenow on-car advertising requirements?

Please follow these 8 requirements:1. Have the mandatory city markersYou must have all the items required by local regulations, such as current taxi fare list, side number etc.2. Take part in inspectionsWe regularly verify the on-car's advertising by requesting photos. You will receive a request for verification of the on-car advertising from us in a separate message.How to properly take photos of a car for verification? Check it out here.3. Keep a minimum 4.8 ratingYour star rating can’t fall below 4.8 and your car must always be clean, inside and outside.4. No advertising of other companiesYou must only have Freenow on-car advertising on the inside and outside of your car.5. No trips with damaged advertisingIf the advertising is damaged, you need to let us know asap and you mustn't do any trips until it’s fixed. We’ll give you a referral for the repair and we might also be able to cover the cost (this is done on a case-by-case basis).6. Have the correct Freenow lightYou must only have the TAXI light with the Freenow logo and you must have it on your car whenever you’re doing trips. The light must be issued from your local Freenow office, or must be shipped directly to you, the advertising application company or to your Fleet Partner.7. Inform us of advertising removalAlways let us know if you’re intending to remove your on-car advertising. If you don't inform us, you’ll lose the benefits, like priority on job offers, and the opportunity to re-apply.8. Return the light correctlyIf you choose to remove your on-car advertising you must also return the Freenow light. To get the full deposit back, you must do so within 5 business days of the advertising being removed. Sign up for a taxi light return via the form.
