Procurement Administrator

Location: We are flexible! Come and join us either in Athens, Lisbon, Madrid, or Barcelona.

For our Procurement team we are looking for a reliable, data driven and highly motivated Procurement Administrator (m/f/d) who is interested in improving and maintaining procurement processes into a fast paced and super international company.

<h2><strong>YOUR DAILY ADVENTURES WILL INCLUDE:</strong></h2>

Maintenance and improvement of procurement processes and tools
Assisting procurement managers in the procurement journey: vendor sourcing, NDA collection, RFP management, Invoicing, etc.
Communication and collaboration with cross functional teams: legal, finance, data protection, infosecurity, etc.
Analysis of data to prepare negotiations and to help smart decision making
Market research
Support in vendor negotiations

<h2><strong>TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE:</strong></h2>

Studies in Administration, Project, Business Management or equivalent
3 years of experience in Procurement or Project Management
Organisational and analytical skills
Experience abroad
Very good communication skills in English
Good knowledge of Google tools (and/or Microsoft ones), particularly Gsheet/Excel
Good knowledge of JIRA, Docusign, and RFP platforms
