With a higher loyalty status, you’ll see prebook jobs before drivers with a lower status. Getting a first look at these offers lets you choose the jobs that suit you best — before anyone else.
- Unlock gold boost
Once you hit Gold status, you unlock a Gold boost. This boost can instantly return you to Gold status. Use it whenever you want!
- Priority points
Get a higher Priority score so you can get day-to-day job offers ahead of other drivers.
- Car part discountsKeep your ride ready with exclusive discounts on car parts from AUTODOC. A higher loyalty status means bigger savings.
- Instant CashoutsWithdraw your earnings when you want them. No waiting: get your money now.
How it works:
• Gold drivers have 3 cashouts per month free of charge.
• Silver drivers have 2 cashouts per month free of charge.
• Bronze drivers can cash out for a €0,99 fee
• Standard drivers currently do not have access to Instant Cashouts

• Open the main menu (☰) and tap on ‘Freenow Loyalty’
How to improve my status?
1. Keep an eye out for event notifications in the app. We’ll let you know if something’s happening in your city where you can expect more work.
2. During off-peak hours, increase your pickup radius so you don’t miss out on any jobs.
Do I need to sign up for Freenow Loyalty?
Nope. As a driver completing trips in the Freenow app, you’re already part of Freenow Loyalty. Your trips are calculated instantly and you’ll automatically go up a status when you've completed enough of them.
