1) Descripción de la iniciativa: “Conéctate al pasajero” es una nueva función de la app de FREENOW que permite a usuarios nuevos y existentes pagar con la app de FREENOW, a pesar de no haber pedido el servicio de taxi con la aplicación. Con esta nueva función, los taxistas podrán ganar incentivos por cada pasajero que recojan en la calle y paguen a través de la app FREENOW: - 5 € si el pasajero es nuevo en la app. - 4 € si ya es usuario registrado. Además, esos viajes no tendrán comisión por la intermediación del servicio a través de la app para el taxista. Salvo que se especifique lo contrario, esta promoción se aplica únicamente a los servicios de taxi de pasajeros gestionados por FREENOW en Madrid. 2) Empresa organizadora: MYTAXI IBERIA, S.L. (Sociedad Unipersonal), Calle Orense 68, planta 10 derecha, 28020, Madrid (en lo sucesivo, «FREENOW») organiza en las fechas indicadas a continuación, la promoción “Conéctate al pasajero”, de acuerdo con las condiciones que se recogen en estas Bases. 2) Plazo para participar, carácter gratuito y ámbito geográfico: A partir del 19 de mayo de 2025, la nueva funcionalidad estará disponible para todos los taxistas que se hayan inscrito a la iniciativa a través de las comunicaciones de FREENOW para participar. Todos los taxistas participantes deberán trabajar con la app de FREENOW en Madrid. FREENOW se reserva el derecho a excluir a aquellos taxistas que no sean elegibles para la iniciativa (por ejemplo, por motivos de fraude). FREENOW también se reserva el derecho a modificar y/o cesar la iniciativa y los beneficios adscritos a la misma en cualquier momento. En ese caso, FREENOW comunicará los cambios o el cese de la iniciativa a los taxistas participantes (por ejemplo, a través de la app de FREENOW). 3) Premio: los taxistas participantes en la iniciativa obtendrán incentivos por cada pasajero que recojan en la calle y paguen a través de la app FREENOW: - 5 € si el pasajero es nuevo en la app. - 4 € si ya es usuario registrado. Además, esos viajes no tendrán comisión por la intermediación del servicio a través de la app para el taxista. Solo serán elegibles los taxistas que cumplan con los requisitos explicados en el punto 4, Requisitos para la participación. 4) Requisitos para la participación:. Como requisitos esenciales:
FREENOW se reserva el derecho a no admitir o excluir a determinados taxistas de la iniciativa a su entera discreción, sin necesidad de justificar la decisión. 5) Mecánica de pago de los incentivos: el pago de los incentivos derivados de esta iniciativa se realizará en los pagos semanales que se realizan a los taxistas por parte de FREENOW. 6) Protección de Datos Personales: En cumplimiento de lo establecido en el Reglamento (UE) 2016/679 del Parlamento Europeo y del Consejo, de 27 de abril de 2016 (en adelante, RGPD), en la Ley Orgánica 3/2018, de 5 de diciembre, de Protección de Datos Personales y garantía de los derechos digitales (en adelante, LOPDGDD) y cualquier otra normativa aplicable en materia de protección de datos, informamos a los participantes que sus datos personales serán tratados por mytaxi Iberia, S.L. cuyo objeto y base jurídica es la gestión y participación en la campaña, según el art. 6 (1) a) del RGPD, así como el mantenimiento de relaciones comerciales por medios electrónicos basadas en el interés comercial legítimo de MYTAXI IBERIA, S.L. 7) Aceptación de las Bases: El mero hecho de usar la nueva funcionalidad “Conéctate al pasajero” implica la aceptación íntegra de las presentes Bases. FREENOW se reserva el derecho a modificar las presentes bases, parcial o totalmente en cualquier momento. Asimismo, se reserva también el derecho de anularlo o dejar el premio desierto en caso de detectarse alguna irregularidad 8) Ley Aplicable y Jurisdicción: Las presentes Bases se encuentran gobernadas por la ley española. En el eventual caso de controversia, el fuero jurisdiccional será el que por ley corresponda. |

1)Initiative description: “Pair with passenger” is a new feature in the FREENOW app that allows both new and existing users to pay through the FREENOW app, even if they did not request the taxi service via the app.
With this new feature, taxi drivers can earn incentives for each passenger they pick up on the street who pays using the FREENOW app:- €5 if the passenger is new to the app.- €4 if the passenger is already a registered user.
In addition, these trips will not be subject to any commission for service intermediation through the app for the driver.
Unless otherwise specified, this promotion applies only to FREENOW-managed passenger taxi services in Madrid.
2) Organizing Company: MYTAXI IBERIA, S.L. (Sole Proprietorship), Calle Orense 68, 10th floor right, 28020, Madrid (hereinafter referred to as "FREENOW") is organizing the “Pair with passenger” promotion on the dates specified below, in accordance with the conditions outlined in these Terms and Conditions.
2) Participation Period, Free Nature, and Geographic Scope: Starting from May 19th, 2025, the new feature will be available to all drivers who had signed up to participate in the initiative through FREENOW communications. All participating drivers must operate with the FREENOW app in Madrid.
FREENOW reserves the right to exclude drivers who are not eligible for the initiative (for example, due to fraud). FREENOW also reserves the right to modify and/or terminate the initiative and the associated benefits at any time. In such cases, FREENOW will inform the participating drivers of any changes or termination (for example, via the FREENOW app).
3) Prize: Participating taxi drivers in the initiative will receive incentives for each passenger they pick up on the street who pays through the FREENOW app:
- €5 if the passenger is new to the app.- €4 if the passenger is already a registered user.
In addition, these trips will not be subject to any commission for service intermediation through the app for the driver.
Only taxi drivers who meet the requirements outlined in section 4, Participation Requirements, will be eligible.
4) Participation Requirements: All taxi drivers in Madrid who use the FREENOW app are eligible to participate. The essential requirements are as follows:
Individuals must be of legal age and residents of Spain.
They must have registered to participate in the initiative through FREENOW communications.
They must collect the headrest cover and additional materials required to communicate the initiative to passengers. These materials must be accessible and visible in their taxis for the entire duration of the initiative.
FREENOW reserves the right to deny or exclude certain taxi drivers from the initiative at its sole discretion, without the obligation to provide justification.
5) Incentives Payment Mechanics: The payment of the incentives derived from this initiative will be included in the weekly payments made to taxi drivers by FREENOW.
6) Protection of Personal Data: In compliance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council, of April 27, 2016 (hereinafter, GDPR), Organic Law 3/2018, of December 5, on the Protection of Personal Data and guarantee of digital rights (hereinafter, LOPDGDD), and any other applicable data protection regulations, we inform participants that their personal data will be processed by mytaxi Iberia, S.L. whose purpose and legal basis are the management and participation in the campaign, according to art. 6 (1) a) of the GDPR, as well as the maintenance of commercial relations by electronic means based on the legitimate commercial interest of MYTAXI IBERIA, S.L.

7) Acceptance of the Terms: The mere fact of using the new feature “Pair with passenger” implies full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
FREENOW reserves the right to modify these rules, partially or totally at any time. It also reserves the right to cancel it or leave the prize void if any irregularity is detected.
8) Applicable Law and Jurisdiction: These Terms and Conditions are governed by Spanish law. In the event of a dispute, the jurisdiction will be that which corresponds by law.
