eMopeds go where eBikes and eScooters can't, covering more ground in the city. But they're also great for short distances!

With Cooltra, there’s always an eMoped nearby. Use the map in the app to find the closest one to you.

    Unlock the eMoped in the app or use the QR code.

    Put your helmet on (they're in the box). Push the moped off the stand and hop on. Hold the right brake and press the 'Start' button. Use the throttle to speed up.

    Make a stop without ending your rental. Tap 'Park' to lock the moped and 'Resume' to get back on the road.

    🔵 Blue P = mandatory parking
    🔴 Red area = you can't park or end rental there

    🟡 Yellow area = your moped will slow down automatically

    Leave the eMoped on the kickstand. Put the helmets back in the box.

    Then tap 'End rental' in the app. You might be asked to take a photo of your parked moped.

  • Don’t forget to wear a helmet (it’s in the box) and follow these steps for a perfect ride 👉

  • Use your indicators, stay aware of traffic and your surroundings, and always respect speed limits.

  • Don’t ride a moped. Book a taxi instead!

  • Park only where allowed and make sure you don’t block the street or pavement.

  • Make sure to dress appropriately for the weather and temperature!
