1. Costi di Cancellazione*

Il costo per la cancellazione della corsa da parte dell'Utente, mentre l'Operatore Taxi si dirige al punto di presa, sarà addebitato se sussisteranno tutte queste condizioni:

1. Il tempo trascorso dall'accettazione della corsa da parte dell'Operatore Taxi supera i 3 (tre) minuti.
2. L'Operatore Taxi ha guidato per almeno 600 (seicento) metri.
Il costo di cancellazione dovuto dall'Utente ammonta a 5 Euro (cinque euro). Ad eccezione della città di Palermo, dove il costo è pari a 4,50 Euro (quattro euro e cinquanta centesimi).

Il costo per la cancellazione da parte dell'Utente, dopo l’arrivo dell'Operatore Taxi al punto di presa, sarà addebitato se sussisteranno tutte queste condizioni:

1. Il tempo trascorso dall'accettazione della corsa da parte dell'Operatore Taxi supera i 5 (cinque) minuti.
2. L'Operatore Taxi è a 300 (trecento) metri o meno dal luogo di presa. 

Il costo di cancellazione dovuto dall'Utente ammonta a 5 Euro (cinque euro). Ad eccezione della città di Palermo, dove il costo è pari a 4,50 Euro (quattro euro e cinquanta centesimi).

Il costo per la cancellazione da parte dell'Operatore Taxi, dovuta all’assenza dell'Utente al punto di presa, sarà addebitato se sussisteranno tutte queste condizioni:

1. Il tempo trascorso dal momento dell’arrivo dell'Operatore Taxi al punto di presa supera i 5 (cinque) minuti.
2. L'Operatore Taxi è a 300 (trecento) metri o meno dal luogo di presa.

Il costo di cancellazione dovuto dall'Utente ammonta a 5 Euro (cinque euro). Ad eccezione della città di Palermo, dove il costo è pari a 4,50 Euro (quattro euro e cinquanta centesimi).

2. Costi FREENOW 

Costi dei Servizi di Intermediazione*

Il Costo del Servizio di Intermediazione è un costo che viene applicato a tutte le corse taxi effettuate tramite l'app FREENOW App per le quali l'Utente fruisce del Servizio di Intermediazione offerto da FREENOW nelle sue varie funzionalità, ossia per le corse taxi pagate tramite la FREENOW App e andate a buon fine.  Il Costo del Servizio di Intermediazione si applica anche se il viaggio è prenotato tramite un Account Business.

A partire dal 25.07.2023 il costo del servizio di intermediazione è pari a 2,50 Euro (due euro e cinquanta centesimi).

Il Costo del Servizio di Intermediazione è fisso per ogni corsa completata, e non dipende in alcun modo dal costo della corsa taxi e dal costo del servizio di trasporto, le cui tariffe sono stabilite dai singoli Comuni.

Ciò significa che il Costo del Servizio di Intermediazione - essendo un compenso legato all'utilizzo della piattaforma e non al servizio di trasporto - viene addebitato agli Utenti che usufruiscono del Servizio di Intermediazione fornito da FREENOW nelle sue diverse funzionalità.

Il Costo del Servizio di Intermediazione non viene addebitato all'Utente né in caso di cancellazione della corsa da parte dell'Operatore Taxi, né in caso di pagamento direttamente all'Operatore Taxi, sia esso tramite contanti, carta di credito o altro strumento di pagamento.

1. Cancellation Fees*

The fee for cancellation by the User during approach of the Taxi Company will be charged if all these conditions are met:

1. The time elapsed from the acceptance of the ride by the Taxi Company exceeds 3 (three)
2. Taxi Company has traveled for at least 600 (six hundred) meters
Cancellation fee due from the Useramounts to EUR 5.00 Except in Palermo where it's EUR 4,50 (four euro fifty eurocent).

The fee for cancellation by the User after arrival of the Taxi Company at the pickup point will be charged if all these conditions are met:

1. The time elapsed from the acceptance of the ride by the Taxi Company exceeds 5 (five) minutes.
2. The Taxi Company is 300 (three hundred) meters or less away from pickup point. 

The cancellation fee due from the passenger is EUR 5.00 (five euro). Except in Palermo where it's EUR 4,50 (four euro fifty eurocent).

The fee for cancellation by the Taxi Company due to the User's absence at the pickup point will be charged if all these conditions are met:

1. The time elapsed since the Taxi Company arrived at the pickup point exceeded 5 (five) minutes.
2. The Taxi Company is 300 (three hundred) meters or less from the pickup point.

The cancellation fee due from the passenger is EUR 5.00 (five euro) Except in Palermo where it's EUR 4,50 (four euro fifty eurocent). 

2. FREENOW Fees

Intermediation Service Fee*

The Intermediation Service Fee is a charge that is applied to all taxi rides made through the FREENOW App for which the User takes advantage of the brokerage service offered by FREENOW in its various features, i.e. for taxi rides paid through the FREENOW App and successful. The Intermediation Service Fee will also apply if the trip is booked via a business account.

As of 07/25/2023, the Intermediation Service Fee is EUR 2.50.

The cost of the Intermediation Service Fee is fixed for each completed ride, and does not depend in any way on the cost of the taxi ride and the cost of the transportation service, the rates of which are set by individual municipalities. This means that the Intermediation Service Fee – being a fee linked to the use of the platform and not to the transport service - is charged to Users who take advantage of the intermediation service provided by FREENOW in its different features. 

The cost of the Intermediation Service is not charged to the User either in case of cancellation of the ride by Taxi Company or in case of payment directly to the Taxi Company, whether by cash, credit card or other payment instrument.
