FREENOW è considerata una piattaforma online ai fini del Digital Services Act (“DSA”) e pertanto soggetta alle disposizioni della Sezione 3. 

Dopo aver calcolato il numero medio mensile di destinatari attivi dei nostri servizi in conformità con l'articolo 24 del DSA, abbiamo concluso che il numero medio mensile di destinatari dei nostri servizi era inferiore alla soglia di 45 milioni, motivo per cui FREENOW non è considerata una piattaforma online di grandi dimensioni ai fini del DSA.

After calculating the average monthly active recipients of our services in compliance with article 24 of the DSA, we concluded that the average number of monthly recipients of our services was below the 45 million threshold, the reason why FREENOW is not considered a very large online platform for purposes of the DSA.
