Ready to get on an eBike but not sure where to begin? Keep reading!

There’s 2 ways:

- Tap ‘2-wheels’ and find your closest bike on the map
or
- Spot an eBike on the street & scan its QR code

Unlock the eBike in the app and off you go.

Helmet on
✅ Travel in bike lanes
✅ Don’t drink & bike
✅ Enjoy the ride

Check the tyres, lights, brakes, saddle height… Everything looks good? Then hop on and start pedalling.

eBikes make pedalling easier, with less effort so you can go faster!

*Pedal-assisted eBikes work by using an electric motor to give you an extra boost while pedalling. When you start pedalling, the motor kicks in and helps you go faster.

Whether you’re nipping into a shop or stopping to take in the view, you can pause your rental. Just open your app and tap ‘Park’. When you're ready to go again, tap ‘Resume’.

  1. Look out for parking signs or check the map for parking spots (see below)
  2. Park your eBik
  3. Lock your bike (if it has a manual lock)
  4. Tap ‘End rental’

Pro-tips

- Don’t block pavements, bike lanes or pathways
- Follow local rules to avoid fines
- Check available parking in your destination before starting your trip
  • See a yellow zone in your map? That means your bike will automatically slow down. This is to keep you and pedestrians safe in busy areas.
  • A blue ‘P’ or area in your map means you have to park there. So no need to overthink. Easy!
  • If you see red it means you can’t park there. Check your map to find another place.

Already parked your bike? We’ll ask you to take a quick picture to show it’s parked correctly. Make sure you follow the steps above for 10/10 parking.
