2. Self-paid rides: regular users who choose to book and pay for comfortable, reliable medical transport directly through Freenow.
How do I start receiving medical trip requests?
The Institution Code (Institutionskennzeichen) is a unique nine-digit number assigned by health insurance providers to authorise direct billing.
You can find it on past billing documents or letters from health insurance companies. If you don't have one yet, you can apply for it online here.
