How do I reach a new status?
For example, if you hit Gold on 25th October, you’ll have Gold status until 30th November. At the start of each month, your points reset.

What is Gold Boost?
- Unlock Gold Boost: Keep your Gold status for 4 weeks straight to unlock the boost.
- Return to Gold: If you lose Gold, use the Gold Boost to get back to Gold immediately. You can use your Gold Boost whenever you like.
- Unlock Again: After using the Gold Boost, keep your Gold status for another 4 weeks to unlock it again.
What is Call Me Back?
We value your time, which is why Gold drivers get exclusive access to the Call Me Back feature. This allows you to request a callback from our support team, saving you time and speeding up issue resolution.
How it works:
You’ll find the Help Bot when you go to the home screen > Tap the three lines (☰) > Help > Support cases.
You can also access the Help Bot directly from any Help Centre article.
Just select the 'Chat with us' option at the bottom of any Help Centre article to start chatting with the Help Bot.
