Taxi live locationShare your live location using the app. Your friends & family can see where you are, follow your journey and know when you arrive.
All trip info in the appYou can see your taxi driver’s name, picture, car, etc. in the app before your taxi driver arrives.
Always check the plate number before jumping in a taxi!
Your driver is a message awayNeed to ask for help or confirm the pickup time? Use the in-app chat to contact your taxi driver.
Helmets on, worries goneIf you’re riding an eScooter, eBike or eMoped, always remember to wear a helmet!
Group size matters- eBikes & eScooters: one person per vehicle
- eMopeds: up to two
- Shared cars and taxis: groups welcome!
Parking done rightCheck the map before renting a car or heading out on 2-wheels to find parking at your destination.
Follow parking rules & don’t block the streets or pavement!
Don't drink and driveIf you’ve had a drink, book a taxi.
Ride smart, dress the partMake sure to dress appropriately for the weather and temperature.
And always remember to take it slow & stay safe!

Tu trabajo, tus reglasSiempre puedes rechazar un trayecto o finalizarlo antes de tiempo si no te sientes seguro/a.
Asistencia con la que cuentasEstamos aquí para ayudarte cuando lo necesites. Entra en el menú para taxistas y pulsa 'Ayuda'.
Tu número es privadoNunca le damos a nadie tu número de teléfono. Cuando llames a un pasajero, verá un número ficticio que no funciona fuera de la app.
Mantén a los pasajeros informados¿Te ha pillado un atasco? ¿Hay una calle cortada? Llama o envía un mensaje a tu pasajero a través de la app para informarle.
Puntúa a los pasajerosPuntúa a tus pasajeros al finalizar el trayecto y notifica cualquier comportamiento inapropiado que hayan podido tener.
Bloquea a pasajeros no deseadosSi has tenido una mala experiencia, puedes bloquear a los pasajeros para que no puedan volver a reservar trayectos contigo.
