How do I join the airport queue?

Just enter the airport’s waiting area. The app will notify you, showing how many drivers are waiting. Tap 'Join queue’ to get started.

What if I leave the queue area?

If you leave the queue area without accepting a job or go offline, you’ll lose your position. Stay online and in the airport waiting area to receive jobs.

What if a passenger cancels?

If a passenger cancels, no stress! Just head back to the queue area. You'll automatically receive the next job.

What happens if I decline or cancel a job?

If you don't accept a job, or cancel an accepted one, you'll automatically move to the end of the queue. Please accept offers to ensure prompt service for everyone.

What happens after you've accepted a job?

As soon as you’re assigned a job, head to the pickup point right away. Delays can lead to being excluded from the airport queue in the future, so let’s keep things running smoothly.
