Your feedback matters
Ratings are a two-way street at Freenow. Both drivers and passengers can rate their trips with each other from 1 to 5 stars.
You can provide details if something goes wrong, or select ‘Block Passenger’ in your earnings page to prevent being matched with that person again.

Our community is built on dignity and respect. This means respecting personal boundaries, keeping judgments to yourself and treating the car like a sacred space – for passengers and drivers. Leave the rowdy behaviour, greasy snacks and romantic gestures out of the car.
Put safety first
We want every ride to be safe for everyone. You can help by using an accurate profile pic, keeping weapons or illegal substances out of the car, and always welcoming service animals – they are essential support, not just furry friends.
Do your part
Speak up with honest ratings. Whether you’re sharing positive experiences or expressing a concern, your voice helps make our community better. If something goes wrong, providing details with your rating helps us make it right.
