Promotional codes will be added directly to the Freenow app for usage when selecting a Visa card as payment method, which entitles them to participate in the campaign. By using any of these codes , you agree to the following terms and conditions (the "Conditions"). These conditions reference services provided by Freenow to their users. Additionally, the general terms and conditions of Freenow apply.

Organizer: The organizer of the promotion is Freenow Hellas Single Member SA, with registration number 155228301000 and registered address at Kifisias Avenue 115, 115 24, Athens, Greece, operating under the brand name Freenow. Visa is not responsible for the organization, administration, or fulfillment of the promotion.

1. Campaign Period: The campaign period begins on April 1, 2026, at 00:00 EET and ends on June 30, 2026, at 23:59 EET. The campaign will be split into 3 promotional waves as below:

  • Wave 1: from April 1, 2026, at 00:00 until April 30, 2026, at 23:59

  • Wave 2: from May 1, 2026, at 00:00 until May 31, 2026, at 23:59

  • Wave 3: from June 1, 2026, at 00:00 until June 30, 2026, at 23:59

During each promotional wave, any customer with an active Visa card added in the Freenow app will receive 1 voucher worth €3, which will be automatically applied when selecting a Visa card as payment method in the Freenow app. The voucher is valid exclusively for a taxi ride booked via the Freenow app during the Campaign period.

The voucher value is a maximum of 3 EUR in each promotional wave. For lower-value rides, only the actually used amount will be covered. The difference between the actual amount and the maximum amount of 3 EUR will expire. The number of vouchers is limited to 16,667 in each promotional wave. The promotion ends when each promotional period ends or the campaign codes are exhausted, whichever occurs first. The principle of first-come, first-served applies.
