- Get great passenger ratings by driving responsibly and maintaining a clean, comfortable car.
- Add a FREENOW sticker to your car for extra points.

Your score updates based on your activity. If it drops, improve it by:
Accepting more jobs to keep your acceptance rate above 80%.
Cancelling fewer jobs to keep your cancellation rate under 3%.

If you don’t already have a FREENOW sticker for your car, get in touch through the app or visit our driver center. Adding a sticker gives you extra points and can significantly boost your Priority score.
