With the Freenow for Business account, you can use the entire Freenow taxi and ride offerings in Germany, Austria, Spain, Great Britain and Ireland as well as the countries authorized by the Boston Consulting Group.

For example, book your next taxi ride (business or private) easily via the app - spontaneously or at a predetermined pick-up time and up to two months in advance.

Payment is made directly in the app using the payment method stored and selected by you.

Your advantage: When booking business trips, Freenow automatically transfers your digital statement to the Boston Consulting Group, so that the data is available there for your travel expense report and there is no need to submit receipts. You will also receive a copy of your billing slip by email.

Register now by filling out the form (on the right) and you will then receive information by email on how to proceed.


Please note: If you have already worked as a VA/trainee at BCG and now want to reconnect to the business account, please proceed as follows:

  • Fill out the form again on this page.
  • When you receive the invitation email, open it on your desktop (not on your cell phone) and click on “Create new account.” 
  • Create a new Freenow profile with your new cell phone number.
  • When you log in to the app, log in with your new cell phone number.
  • You can delete your old profile.
